How PetSense works

PetSense is designed to give pet parents one calm place for the everyday details that usually end up scattered across calendars, paper documents, photo galleries and memory.

Pet care is full of small moments that matter later: a vaccine date, a new food, a skin change, a test result, a question you wanted to ask the vet. PetSense brings those moments into one organized timeline so you can understand your pet's story over time.

Start with your pet's profile

Each pet gets a dedicated place for the basics: name, species, breed, age, weight, and important notes like allergies, medications and conditions. From there, PetSense becomes a living health history instead of a static profile.

A complete profile also helps PetSense calculate your pet's Health Score — a 0 to 100 number that reflects how current their vaccinations, checkups and parasite care are. It updates automatically as you add events and mark care as done, so you always have a quick read on where things stand.

Use reminders for preventive care

Preventive care is easier when it does not depend on remembering dates manually. PetSense helps you track recurring tasks such as vaccinations, parasite care, checkups and other routines that keep your dog or cat on schedule.

When you add a vaccination or parasite treatment, PetSense sets the repeat schedule automatically based on standard care intervals. Rabies, for example, repeats on a different cycle than a monthly flea treatment. Each reminder arrives as a push notification one week, three days and one day before the due date, so nothing sneaks up on you.

You can also log care that already happened. If your dog was vaccinated last month, add the date it occurred and PetSense calculates when the next one is due from there.

Keep records close

Vet documents, photos, test results and notes are most useful when they are easy to find. With PetSense, you can keep them connected to your pet's timeline so the information is available when you need it.

Before a vet appointment, you can pull up your pet's full event history in seconds: which vaccines were given and when, what medications they are on, any notes from past visits. It turns a rushed appointment into a more informed one.

Records in PetSense are stored privately and are not shared with third parties. You control what gets added and what stays.

Add AI insights when something changes

When you notice a visible concern, PetSense can help you run an AI-powered photo health screening. It is built to provide preliminary guidance and help you decide what to monitor or discuss with a veterinarian.

PetSense is not a replacement for veterinary care. It helps you organize information, notice patterns and prepare better questions for a qualified professional.

What a photo check looks like in practice

You notice a patch of redness on your dog's paw. You open PetSense, run a photo health screening, and receive a preliminary assessment: what the concern might be, what to watch for and whether it warrants a vet visit soon or can be monitored at home first. The check is saved to your pet's history automatically. If the concern changes over the next few days, you have a documented starting point to compare against — and something concrete to show your vet.

Everything connected in one place

Most pet health problems do not appear out of nowhere. They build up over time through small changes that are easy to miss when care information is scattered across notes, paper certificates and memory.

PetSense connects the pieces: a reminder leads to a vet visit, which produces a record, which sits next to the AI screening you ran two weeks earlier when you first noticed something. Over months and years, that becomes a real health story — one you can read, share and act on.

It is designed for dog and cat owners who want to stay ahead of care without it becoming a part-time job.

Who PetSense is built for
